Ensayos sobre la certeza

Through painting, sound or installation, Paloma Marquez develops and exposes her
worldview of man and the conflicts that affect him, through a series of essays
formed by repetitions, voids, rhythms and a crowd of tiny characters who are prepared to perform colossal feats. Her imagery reminds us of the eternal struggle we have faced since the beginning of time, represented by these tiny beings who have certainty.
Certainty of doubt, certainty of the incomprehensible, of the inevitable.

Like Sisyphus condemned to eternally reiterate their labors, the little heroes insist on combating their worries, breaking their limits and delving into the depths of their emotions. In some cases facing adversity alone and, in others, stating that the union is strength.
